Conflict Resolution: The Mediator Style Training approach

Mediator Style Training offers a range of interventions designed to resolve and manage conflict and restore harmony in your workplace. Our workshops are designed to improve workplace culture, preserve or improve relationships, and reduce the risk of conflict escalating to injury claims or industrial action.

Our services include conflict management strategy development, conflict prevention, organisational conflict capacity building, conflict coaching, mediation, and grievance and dispute management.

Conflict Coaching (5 x 1 hour sessions) - tailored resolution

A Conflict Coach works one-one with clients, assisting them to develop new ways to manage their conflicts. Clients develop their own conflict goals and are supported by their coach to explore ways to achieve their goal/s. Throughout the process clients may revisit and re-evaluate their goals, as they test the consequences of their alternative courses of action.
