Heidi Smith
Heidi's background and training is in Organisational Psychology, Mediation, Counselling and Learning and Development. Heidi's passion is in creating learning and development environments that facilitate personal growth and feature psychological assessments.
Heidi says "What I love about the services I create is that they are geared towards raising individual awareness of who we are and how we relate to other people in conflict. The training aims to create that 'ah ha' moment where it all falls together. Once you know something, you can't 'unknow' it - these 'ah ha' moments will repeat on you. They will show up as you do your job, as you interact with your family and as you interact with your colleagues. That is the union of personal and professional development. |
